The Objectives

Our primary objective was to drive high-quality traffic and increase lead generation. We achieved this by systematically testing a variety of Google Ads campaign types, including Search Brand, Performance Max, Search Non-Brand, and local campaigns. By implementing and optimizing different bidding strategies, we successfully improved the overall quality of website traffic, which directly resulted in a significant increase in the number of leads generated from the ads.

Challenges

We began this project in March 2025 and faced challenges in generating Local store traffic and leads while maintaining strong ad positioning within a limited budget of $500 per month. Efficiently managing this budget to maximize performance and lead generation proved to be a significant challenge.
To address this, we developed a strategy focused on driving high-quality traffic and optimizing the budget to achieve more leads without overspending. In the first month of the project, we recorded 8 conversions at a total cost of $198.69, setting the foundation for further improvements.

After a few months of analyzing the stats and optimizing the campaign, We successfully generated 267 conversions with a spend of $1506.

In August 2025, we successfully generated 312 conversions with a spend of $1386.

After analyzing stats and regular optimization, we sustain our conversion within the same monthly spend of $1300-$1500.

Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensure efficient budget allocation to achieve the best possible return on investment.12

Increase Qualified Traffic and Leads: Focus on driving high-quality user volume and lead generation to improve overall conversion performance.13

Enhance Competitive Market Presence: Secure a dominant ad position and actively implement strategies to outperform and capture competitor-related search traffic.

Strategy

We have implemented comprehensive measures to gain better insights and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic quality, ad positioning, clicks, CTR, conversions, conversion rate, and calls. These efforts have yielded significant improvements in overall results. To drive further performance optimization, we introduced continuous A/B split testing across Search campaigns, structuring them by relevant ad group themes to efficiently allocate budget and secure higher-quality traffic.
Elevated the Optimization Score through systematic implementation of recommended actions and comprehensive testing of diverse ad and campaign types, including Search Brand, Search Non-Brand, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, to maximize the generation of high-quality traffic and leads.
Executed regular search term optimization to continuously enhance traffic quality, coupled with device-specific performance adjustments (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet) to ensure effective budget utilization and improve conversion volume.
Conducted geo and device-specific A/B testing of campaign types and bidding strategies (Mobile vs. Desktop) to strategically shift budget allocation toward high-converting segments and reduce spend in underperforming areas.
At the heart of it all, what we loved most was seeing our efforts translate into meaningful connections — knowing that every lead we helped generate was a family or business finding the support they needed from Two Small Men with Big Hearts.
