The Objectives

Our primary goal was to drive high-quality traffic and generate leads. To achieve this, we tested a variety of campaign types, including Search Brand, Performance Max, and Search Non-Brand campaigns. This approach helped us identify the most effective strategies to improve traffic quality and increase lead generation.

We experimented with different bidding strategies across various campaigns to enhance traffic quality and boost lead generation. As we implemented these strategies, we noticed a significant improvement in traffic quality, resulting in more leads generated from the ads.

To tackle this, we developed a strategy to drive high-quality traffic and optimize our budget to generate more leads without overspending. In the first month of the project, we recorded 56 conversions at a total cost of $2,674.68, which set a solid foundation for further improvements.

In the following month, after analyzing the statistics and optimizing the campaign, we successfully generated 111 conversions with a total spend of $2,863.55.

In May, we successfully generated 124 conversions with a spend of $3,843.03.

In October, the client lowered the budget because it was a slow season. Despite this, we generated 43 conversions and spent CA$1,998.93.

Strategy

We implemented all necessary measures to gain better insights and improve key performance metrics, including traffic quality, ad positioning, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), conversions, conversion rate, and calls. Over time, these efforts resulted in significant improvements in our overall performance.

To further optimize our results, we conducted split testing within the search campaigns, organizing them by relevant ad group themes. This strategy allowed us to attract higher-quality traffic while using our budget more efficiently.

We regularly optimized the search terms to improve traffic quality and focused on optimizing performance across different devices such as mobile, desktop, and tablets. This strategy ensured effective budget spending, which ultimately improved conversions.

Conducted geo and device-specific A/B testing of campaign types and bidding strategies (Mobile vs. Desktop) to strategically shift budget allocation toward high-converting segments and reduce spend in underperforming areas.

Additionally, we tested different campaign types separately on mobile devices and desktops, utilizing various bidding strategies to allocate more budget to areas with higher conversion rates while minimizing spending in non-converting areas.
